Exendus Early Access Privacy Notice

Information collected The early-access form asks for your email address. You may also choose to provide your primary interest, user category, interests, intended activities and interest in beta testing. We record when you register, confirm your email, consent to product updates, or receive an invitation. We may record the referral source or campaign associated with your visit.

Hosting and security providers process technical information, such as IP addresses and browser information, to deliver the website and help prevent abuse. Cloudflare Turnstile checks whether submissions appear automated. Do not submit passwords, payment details, resumes or sensitive personal information through this form.

How information is used We use this information to manage the waitlist, verify email addresses, select balanced beta groups, send access invitations and disclosed launch communications, respond to requests and protect the service. Optional answers help us understand the people interested in Exendus. Joining the waitlist does not create a platform account or guarantee an invitation.

Product news is optional. We send it only when you choose the separate product-updates checkbox. Registration confirmations and requested access invitations are separate from product-news subscriptions.

Service providers and access We use OpenAI Sites hosting infrastructure for the website, Supabase for private registration storage, Resend for email delivery and Cloudflare Turnstile for abuse protection. Google Fonts supplies the website typeface and may receive technical connection information. These providers process information to supply their services. Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where providers operate. Authorized Exendus staff can access registrations for the purposes described above; currently Ray Brothers is the only administrator. We do not publish applicant lists or sell waitlist information.

Your choices You can skip the additional questions without losing your registration. You can unsubscribe from product news using the unsubscribe link in those emails. You can contact support@exendus.com to request access, correction or deletion of your waitlist information, or to leave the list. We may need to verify that you control the email address before acting on a request.

Retention A daily cleanup deletes unconfirmed registrations after 30 days. Confirmed registrations are reviewed after 12 months and deleted at their review deadline unless we document why continued storage is necessary. Documented extensions last up to 90 days before another review. You may request deletion sooner. Provider backups and security logs follow their own retention schedules.

Age restriction The early-access program is for adults aged 18 or older. If you believe someone under 18 has registered, contact support@exendus.com so we can investigate and remove their registration.

Changes We will publish the effective date and updated notice when practices change. Material changes will be communicated as appropriate before information is used for a new purpose.
